Create a front end admin dashboard that a user signs into and can fill out an application or form to buy media campaigns on a self service level. This form needs to have basic decision trees (if they answer NO to question #5 then Skip questions 6-12, go to Question 13. These forms will also include the ability to upload assets (jpg or .mp4). Once complete, the submit button will push all of that form data to a database that I can read (or a google Sheet).
