As we grow, we seek a Full Stack Engineer skilled in both frontend and backend development to drive our vision of transforming sales processes. The Full Stack Engineer will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our SaaS offerings. This position involves significant backend and frontend development responsibilities, focusing on creating scalable, efficient, and robust systems. Frontend Development: Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. API Development and Integration: Design and develop scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI to support the application’s frontend and enable integration with third-party systems such as CRMs, video recording tools, and email platforms. Database Design and Management: Develop and manage efficient NoSQL database solutions with MongoDB, focusing on scalability, performance, and data integrity. Continuous Improvement: Create monitoring and visibility dashboards to facilitate debugging and enhance system reliability and performance. Proven experience in full stack development, particularly with backend systems and frontend development using Next.js, FastAPI, and MongoDB. Experience in developing CRM or sales-related products is highly desirable. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and services, especially AWS, along with expertise in containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Ability to work with a minimum of four hours overlap with the Pacific time zone, accommodating team collaboration and synchronization.
