This project has three essential components: - build a website page that collects data from a 16 question form that will live on the website. The form/page will need to have a nice UI/UX. - the data collected needs to be automatically exported to a csv file. - build a software shell that can run already existing R and Python report writing code which takes the csv file as the input and outputs a pdf report.
