When someone is reading on blog.learningdollars.com (a wordpress.com not wordpress.org, blog) we want a popup (probably using a plugin) to appear after a certain number of seconds of reading, and get them to enter their email if they’d like to subscribe to the blog. It would also be good to figure out how to custom style the right side email signup (which is not noticeable right now) to be more prominent. The development can be done on your own wordpress.com account for testing first using the same template as us and then once you figure out the solution we can use the technique on our blog. This may be a short but interesting project for wordpress developers.
