We are novelty.today, a startup founded at Stanford GSB, and we are creating an AI-driven social platform to connect people in communities. Novelty helps people to express interests/hobbies and find like-minded people while doing what you love. Our team is based in Silicon Valley, California, and Tbilisi, Georgia. We already have a beta version of the app and we are in a constant Customer Development process. We are searching for an experienced developers with a solid portfolio of completed projects. The positions are full-time. We offer competitive salary based on experience as well as stock compensation. We want our developer to become part of the team and be passionate about the idea. Backend developer: • >3 years server side programming experience with an OOP language (e.g. Java, C#, Python), Node.js preferred • Solid Knowledge of noSQL Database technology: experience working with MongoDB > 3 years • Hands-on experience working with AWS core services and deploying cloud based solutions,>two years on AWS • Experience with developing & maintaining a live service; the ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues • Mobile application development experience
