These tasks include: (1) General improvement of page performance (1a) Updating and optimizing WP server in Google Cloud, to improve page response time and considering future plans for marketing emails sent from WP (1b) Assessing and optimizing configuration of premium performance plugins, including WPRocket, Perfmatters, Short Pixel, HideMyWP, StageCoach, etc. to improve page speed index and page security (2) SEO, Mobile responsive, and Indexing (2a) Edit all pages such that mobile view is optimal (2b) Review index/no-index of all media and pages to optimize for search (2c) Use RankMath to ensure very basic SEO parameters (e.g., all pages have feature image, search description, H1-H2-H3 distribution, etc.) (3) User management (3a) Set up auto-creation of user account on purchase of online course (WooCommerce, ThriveProducts) (3b) Set up time limit access for user accounts (4) CRM and Marketing Email Setup (4a) Advise on WP CRM alternative for business needs (e.g., Groundhog vs Fluent vs others) (4b) Advise on optimal email service for sending massive marketing email campaigns (4c) Based on points a-b, implement selected CRM/email service (4d) Migrate existing contacts base from Hubspot to new system (5) Advise and collaborate on client dashboard with hooks to Django backend (TBD)
