We are looking for aid in the optimization, maintenance, and improvement of our WordPress websites, connecting key metrics and goals with Google Analytics and running/analyzing the outcomes of A/B tests and SEO to gain greater website traffic, improve session duration, decrease bounce rates, and increase online sales. Key tasks would be as follows: 1) Continuously optimize webpage performance for Google Search Rankings; 2) Continuously collaborate with Ashley to ensure that all website pages are SEO optimized; 3) Ensure Responsive Interface for all website pages; 4) Continuously optimize and verify the tracking of webpage metrics through Google Analytics; 5) Creation of new pages/posts as required through material provided by team members/management, in addition to specialized edits as needed using CSS; 6) Optimization and maintenance of Wordpress security, to prevent malicious attacks and comply with generally accepted practices for webpage security; 7) Implementation and maintenance of advanced GA features, including Google Tag Manager, AdWords, etc.; 8) Implementation and maintenance of a multilingual site, namely English and Spanish; 9) Other requirements as required and as related to WordPress and GA. Experience in Wordpress and GA is a must, highly desirable to have knowledge of CSS for customizations, and it would be a plus if you have prior experience with the Avada Theme. Other key plugins we use are RankMath, HighMyWP, Simple SSL, and FastSpanish.
