The star rating is a representation of the overall rating, calculated as the mean of the client satisfaction rating, the average client interview rating, and internal interview scores.
The client satisfaction rating is the weighted average of client ratings, with weights based on reviewed work hours. When no client rating exists, the approval fraction (approved vs. reviewed work hours) determines it.
If the client satisfaction rating exceeds the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. In the absence of client ratings, if the average client interview rating is higher than the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. If no data is available, the star rating defaults to the internal interview score.

Project: Tic-tac-toe
- Tic-Tac-Toe is a game meant to be played in such a way that players will position their marks in such a way that they make a continuous line of three cells through the use of Javascript codes.
- An opponent can prevent a win by blocking the completion of the opponent's line. In our variant of the game, players placed objects on a board.
- I also use HTML codes as a building block for my game. This game of is of interest to me due to its logics. It is also a zero-sum and perfect information game.
- It means that each participant's gain is equal to the other participants' losses and we know everything about the current game state.
- In a two-player (A vs B) game, if player A scores x points (utility units), player B loses x points. I use CSS codes to make it attractive.

Project: Weather app
- I built this weather app using HTML serving as a building block. It can forecast and provide meteorological services as adaptive strategies to climate change.
- The development is done with CSS in order to improve quality of weather forecast & meteorological which after testing the app, shows that the strategies have been very beneficial for different stake
- With Javascript, i was able to make it responsive to uncertainties from natural disasters. For decision makers, the benefits from using this informative app include improved risk management practices.
- I used Google Maps API as a source of data collection in order to obtain accurate meteorological information result in higher output, productivity & income or lower avoided cost or losses for farmers
- However, there are constraints and challenges in applying this meteorological information app in coping with climate change.

Project: E-commerce
- I developed a solution using HTML to promote e-commerce platforms and transition physical markets closer to the customers online.
- For the website improvement , I use CSS In order to ensure the functionality of the website, I had to work on the backend using MySQL through MySQL Workbench to warehouse my table and data.
- I did a table data using MYSQL Workbench and I had to connect my database in MYSQL to my initial program in html through PHP MySQL commands:
- mysqli_connect mysqli_query mysqli_fetch_array mysqli_close And through that I was able to link my database to my website using PHP. I made it responsive through Javascript codes.
- Python codes support the building of the website test run by making payment by "Cash".The buyer receives an e-mail alert to confirm his payment & the delivery of the goods to the right destination.
