The star rating is a representation of the overall rating, calculated as the mean of the client satisfaction rating, the average client interview rating, and internal interview scores.
The client satisfaction rating is the weighted average of client ratings, with weights based on reviewed work hours. When no client rating exists, the approval fraction (approved vs. reviewed work hours) determines it.

Project: Data Analytics Virtual Experience Program
- I used Microsoft Excel in the beginning of the project, mainly to clean data and correct the data formats. Pandas data frames were used for rest of the analysis, used Numpy for faster computation.
- Performed data wrangling and analysis of data to determine the most effective and efficient driver for sales revenue. Derived some extra features such as pack size and brand name from the data.
- Defined statistical metrics for measurement of various combined features. Then used them to select the control store for each of the trial stores.
- I had to take the help of statistical tools eg - correlation, Hypothesis testing, t-test etc. to get the job done.
- Finally prepared a report to present the result of the analysis and recommendations to the manager and matplotlib helped me to make nice visuals for the report.
