The star rating is a representation of the overall rating, calculated as the mean of the client satisfaction rating, the average client interview rating, and internal interview scores.
The client satisfaction rating is the weighted average of client ratings, with weights based on reviewed work hours. When no client rating exists, the approval fraction (approved vs. reviewed work hours) determines it.
If the client satisfaction rating exceeds the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. In the absence of client ratings, if the average client interview rating is higher than the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. If no data is available, the star rating defaults to the internal interview score.

- Based on the ASP.NET core 5 and MVC design architecture, I implemented the front and back end of https://billtrick.com.
- Created a web app using ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, and SQL to synchronize the Web-hosted SQL with the on-premise SQL databases.
- I integrated the SendGrid API for email notifications and SMS OTP passwords to secure the logins as well as using OAuth2, Identity, and external login providers for ASP.NET Authorization.
- Integrated the Paypal and Stripe API with the BillTrick shopping cart using ASP.NET MVC and JQuery allowing customers to purchase Billtrick Licenses and other products via PayPal.

- I led and implemented the development, testing, and deployment of a professional Point of Sale application system based on C# Winforms, WPF, SQL server, and .Net Framework.
- I led the Windows Application Development project to create modules such as the restaurant module, a billing module, and an order management module that are accessible to all waiters and cashiers.
- I also developed a back-office module for managing the business and reports all in .NET Core 5 and used Git for version control.
- I connected all modules to the same local Microsoft SQL Server database using the MVP design pattern, and most classes for the app were unit tested using xUnit Unit Testing.

Project: Development of Sales Manager POS Modules
- I joined the company to lead the process of integrating the POS system (Sales Manager) with the National tax receipting Web API called EFRIS.
- I used JAVA Server Faces (JSF) and JQuery to integrate the POS system with Web API and also introduced React components in the UI while using the existing MySQL schema.
- The project was completed successfully and our POS system (Sales Manager) became the first natively developed system to fully integrate the National EFRIS Web API.
