The star rating is a representation of the overall rating, calculated as the mean of the client satisfaction rating, the average client interview rating, and internal interview scores.
The client satisfaction rating is the weighted average of client ratings, with weights based on reviewed work hours. When no client rating exists, the approval fraction (approved vs. reviewed work hours) determines it.
If the client satisfaction rating exceeds the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. In the absence of client ratings, if the average client interview rating is higher than the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. If no data is available, the star rating defaults to the internal interview score.

Project: Cinego
- Responsible for designing the interface (UI Design) of the cinego web and mobile movie streaming platform. This was done using Figma and Adobe.
- For the research part of the project, we conducted UX research via usability tests, A/B testing and user interviews to check for any issues arising from using the application.
- Collaborating with designers and developers to create a UX Design that is an intuitive, user-friendly software at Omnifique.
- Also conducted Tree testing to properly show how the information architecture was designed, this was done after a proper UX research was carried out on how the labelling looked.
- Created a user flow with Figma and Miro to also add to the user friendliness of the application, backed by UX research
