be a full-time CTO who will be the first engineering hire and will set the technical direction for the company. They will oversee the initial development with our contract team (no hands-on coding) and will provide technical leadership and judgment. The CTO will be the primary contact point with our customers on security, data management, and privacy issues, and will also guide feature development. As the company grows, they will help recruit and hire our first full-time engineers. Our technical advisor is the operations lead for the HealthCare.gov rescue, and we've also engaged a contract development team.
