How can I refer other talent to LD Talent?
If you refer talent in your friends or professional network to LD Talent, if they make it into our talent pool, you will be granted a $30 bonus.
The referral bonus will be paid as follows:
- an initial payment of $5 will be paid when the when the referred talent joins our network
- a later payment of $25 will be made after the talent tracks their first work session and it is approved by a paying client
If you referred someone, you can ping us when we announce they got a new client match (they are all announced in ld-engineers channel).
