The star rating is a representation of the overall rating, calculated as the mean of the client satisfaction rating, the average client interview rating, and internal interview scores.
The client satisfaction rating is the weighted average of client ratings, with weights based on reviewed work hours. When no client rating exists, the approval fraction (approved vs. reviewed work hours) determines it.
If the client satisfaction rating exceeds the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. In the absence of client ratings, if the average client interview rating is higher than the overall rating, it becomes the star rating. If no data is available, the star rating defaults to the internal interview score.

- I lead the development and management of the business intelligence data model using AtScale to ensure the model meets the needs of the business.

Project: Ralph Lauren Customer Insight
- I studied the Legacy report in Excel about 10 Dashboards for each channel and each customer segment to develop the report in Tableau and then published that on the Tableau server.
- I studied the concept of reports and based on those, built database views on Amazon Redshift for optimized reports. Built more than 30 Materialized Views with complex logic for reports.
- I validated the Report with the legacy System report and documented it in Excel. Used advanced Excel formula for quick and efficient validation. Like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and many more.
- I developed a Pyspark script in Python for the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of Customer Account profiles. Which are automated using Airflow.
- Fetched the data using the script and save it on the AWS S3 bucket in CSV format. Transform it using different logic save it on an AWS S3 bucket in Parquet format and then load it on AWS Redshift.
